Urologic Oncology Program
Urologic oncology treatment is provided at the Henry-Joyce Cancer Clinic and Clinical Research Center. The Hematology/Oncology Outpatient Practice has office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Chemotherapy is administered in the outpatient area by highly trained and experienced oncology nurses.
The Urologic Oncology Program offers an integrated, comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of all genitourinary malignancies, with a special emphasis on providing patients with innovative therapies derived from cutting-edge basic research. These therapies are provided to patients through participation in clinical trials that are either investigator-initiated or sponsored by the National Cancer Institute, Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group or industry.
