- Objective: Establish a cohort of African American and non-African American adult cancer survivors from the NCI Comprehensive Cancer Center and its Minority-Serving Institution partner. In combination with the qualitative pilot project data, using a self-report survey, estimate the prevalence of and identify risk factors for adverse survivorship outcomes (physiologic, psychosocial, economic, mortality) following cancer diagnosis and treatment. Evaluate whether and to what extent these risk factors contribute to disparities in adverse cancer survivorship issues between African Americans and non-African Americans
