Dr. Neff specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with abnormal bleeding or clotting disorders with the support of state-of-the-art molecular diagnostics. She sees patients with benign hematologic disorders such as anemia, low platelet or white blood cell counts or abnormalities of those cells. Dr. Neff is involved in addressing difficult blood transfusion problems, bleeding disorders, clotting disorders, and other blood disorders not considered malignant in nature such as anemia or thrombocytopenia.

Clinical Program Description: I diagnosis and treat patients with abnormal bleeding or clotting disorders with the support of state of the art molecular diagnostics. I also see patients with other benign hematologic disorders such as anemia, low platelet or white blood cell counts or abnormalities of those cells. I address difficult blood transfusion problems.
