Research Description

The research interest of the Bioinformatics and Systems Biology Laboratory (BSBL, focus on the application of bioinformatics and systems biology approaches to studying complex diseases such as cancer and schizophrenia, aiming to uncover their molecular mechanisms that are otherwise undetected by classical approaches. The ongoing projects use data generated from high throughput technologies such as next generation sequencing and microarrays. Integrative genomics approaches are often applied.
