Directions to the Clinic:

From I-440 (Hillsboro Pike/21st Avenue Exit)

• Travel South on Hillsboro Pike.
• Turn right onto Abbott Martin Road, travel through 2 traffic lights.
• You will pass the Green Hills Mall on the right (0.4 mi).
• Turn Right onto Bedford Ave and travel 0.2 miles.
• Turn right at the 3rd building, the Freeman Webb Building.

From the Harding Place & Hillsboro Pike Intersection

• Travel North on Hillsboro Pike.
• Turn left onto Abbott Martin Road, travel through 2 traffic lights.
• You will pass the Green Hills Mall on the right (0.4 mi).
• Turn Right onto Bedford Ave and travel 0.2 miles.
• Turn right at the 3rd building, the Freeman Webb Building.

Parking is available in the rear of the building.
