Supporting Tool Suite for Production Proteomics

This demo describes how the presented tools work together to support proteomics data management, including

· Use File Name Generator (FNG) tool to generate instrument filenames

· Setup Backup Utility Service (BUS) to backup instrument files to file servers

· Use ScanSifter Web to convert proprietary format instrument files to open formats

· Run database searches in a cluster queuing system

· Batch copying search results to local computer by File Collector tool
