Quitting tobacco is the best thing that you can do for your quality of life. Barbara Forbes, a nurse practitioner at Vanderbilt Dayani Center, will lead a smoking cessation workshop to teach you how you can kick the habit for good. As a former three-pack-a-day smoker, Barbara knows first hand how hard it is to quit, but she also knows how good it feels to be tobacco free. She will show you how you can save money by quitting as well as how it can reduce your insurance premiums. During this seminar, Barbara will show you that you can truly be independent and quit tobacco for good.
