What Do Your Patients Say About You?
Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center is committed to continually improving the care and experience that we offer our patients and families. We contract with a national company called Professional Research Consultants (PRC) to conduct regular patient satisfaction surveys. We monitor our progress toward a number of goals, including having virtually all of our patients rate our quality of care as “excellent” and indicating they would recommend us to their family, friends, co-workers and neighbors.
Overall Quality of Care
The table below shows the percentage of our patients who rank the care they received as “excellent.” The percentile ranking indicates how we performed on this question in comparison with other hospitals across the country in the PRC database. For instance, a percentile ranking of 98.1 indicates that we did as well or better than 98.1 percent of those hospitals in the survey.
