Nivolumab and Relatlimab or Ipilimumab in Treating Patients with Locally Advanced, Unresectable, or Metastatic Melanoma

This phase II trial studies how well nivolumab given together with relatlimab or ipilimumab works in treating patients with melanoma that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes, cannot be removed by surgery, or has spread to other places in the body. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, relatlimab, and ipilimumab, may help the body’s immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.

Selinexor in Advanced Liposarcoma

Sarcoma

This is a randomized, multicenter, double-blind, placebo-controlled, Phase 2-3 study of patients diagnosed with advanced unresectable dedifferentiated liposarcoma. Approximately 279 total patients will be randomized to study treatment (selinexor or placebo).

Olaparib in Treating Patients with Advanced Glioma, Cholangiocarcinoma, or Solid Tumors with IDH1 or IDH2 Mutations

This phase II trial studies how well olaparib works in treating patients with glioma, cholangiocarcinoma, or solid tumors with IDH1 or IDH2 mutations that have spread to other places in the body (metastatic) and usually cannot be cured or controlled with treatment (refractory). Olaparib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

My Pathway: A Study Evaluating Herceptin / Perjeta, Tarceva, Zelboraf / Cotellic, Erivedge, Alecensa, and Tecentriq Treatment Targeted Against Certain Molecular Alterations in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors

Miscellaneous

This multicenter, non-randomized, open-label study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of six treatment regimens in participants with advanced solid tumors for whom therapies that will convey clinical benefit are not available and / or are not suitable options per the treating physician's judgment.

VX-970 and Irinotecan Hydrochloride in Treating Patients with Solid Tumors That Are Metastatic or Cannot Be Removed by Surgery

Miscellaneous

This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of VX-970 and irinotecan hydrochloride in treating patients with solid tumors that have spread to other places in the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). VX-970 and irinotecan hydrochloride may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

Atezolizumab in Treating Patients with Newly Diagnosed and Metastatic Alveolar Soft Part Sarcoma That Cannot Be Removed by Surgery

Sarcoma

This phase II trial studies how well atezolizumab works in treating patients with alveolar soft part sarcoma that has not been treated, has spread from where it started to other places in the body and cannot be removed by surgery. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body’s immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.
