Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) Versus Placebo Following Surgery and Radiation in Participants With Locally Advanced Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma (MK-3475-630 / KEYNOTE-630)

Miscellaneous

This is a randomized, double-blind, study that compares pembrolizumab (MK-3475) with placebo given as adjuvant therapy in participants with high-risk locally advanced cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (LA cSCC) that have undergone surgery with curative intent in combination with radiotherapy. The primary hypothesis is that pembrolizumab is superior to placebo in increasing recurrence free survival (RFS).

A Study of Chemo Only Versus Chemo Plus Nivo With or Without BMS-986205, Followed by Post- Surgery Therapy With Nivo or Nivo and BMS-986205 in Patients With MIBC

Bladder

A study to evaluate nivolumab + chemotherapy or nivolumab / BMS-986205 + chemotherapy followed by continued Immuno-Oncology therapy after radical cystectomy (RC) compared with neoadjuvant standard of care (SOC) chemotherapy alone in patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC)

Efficacy and Safety Study of Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy (SBRT) With or Without Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in Adults With Unresected Stage I or II Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) (MK-3475-867 / KEYNOTE-867)

Multiple Cancer Types

The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) plus pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in the treatment of adult participants with unresected stage I or II (Stage IIB N0, M0) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The primary study hypotheses are: 1. SBRT plus pembrolizumab prolongs Event-free Survival (EFS) compared to SBRT plus placebo (normal saline solution), and 2. SBRT plus pembrolizumab prolongs Overall Survival (OS) compared to SBRT plus placebo.

Safety and Efficacy of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) Versus Placebo as Adjuvant Therapy in Participants With Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) and Complete Radiological Response After Surgical Resection or Local Ablation (MK-3475-937 / KEYNOTE-937)

Liver

This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of pembrolizumab (MK-3475) versus placebo as adjuvant therapy in participants with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and complete radiological response after surgical resection or local ablation. The primary hypotheses of this study are that adjuvant pembrolizumab is superior to placebo with respect to: 1) recurrence-free survival (RFS) as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR); and 2) overall survival (OS).

Lactobacillus Plantarum in Preventing Acute Graft Versus Host Disease in Children Undergoing Donor Stem Cell Transplant

Multiple Cancer Types

This randomized phase III trial studies how well Lactobacillus plantarum works in preventing acute graft versus host disease in children undergoing donor stem cell transplant. Lactobacillus plantarum may help prevent the development of gastrointestinal graft versus host disease in children, adolescents, and young adults undergoing donor stem cell transplant.
