Research Emphasis
Cellular and molecular mechanisms of adhesion formation in an in vivo model.
Research Description
Collaborating with Dr. Kevin Osteen on an in vivo mouse model of adhesion formation. Focus is on adhesions formed in response to surgical injury and endometriosis. Goal is to develop preventive strategies.
