Protocol For A Research Database For Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation, Other Cellular Therapies and Marrow Toxic Injuries

Hematologic

The primary purpose of the Research Database is to have a comprehensive source of observational data that can be used to study HSC transplantation and cellular therapies. A secondary purpose of the Research Database is to have a comprehensive source of data to study marrow toxic injuries. Objectives: To learn more about what makes stem cell transplants and cellular therapies work well such as: - Determine how well recipients recover from their transplants or cellular therapy; - Determine how recovery after a transplant or cellular therapy can be improved; - Determine how access to transplant or cellular therapy for different groups of patients can be improved; - Determine how well donors recover from the collection procedures.

An Open-Label, Dose-Escalation / Dose-Expansion Safety Study of INCB059872 in Subjects With Advanced Malignancies

Multiple Cancer Types

This is an open-label, dose-escalation / dose-expansion study of INCB059872 in subjects with advanced malignancies. The study will be conducted in 4 parts. Part 1 (mono therapy dose escalation) will determine the recommended dose(s) of INCB059872 for dose expansion, based on maximum tolerated dose and / or a tolerated pharmacologically active dose. Part 2 (dose expansion) will further determine the safety, tolerability, efficacy, PK, and PD of the selected monotherapy dose(s) in AML / MDS, SCLC, myelofibrosis, Ewing sarcoma, and poorly differentiated neuroendocrine tumors. Part 3 will determine the recommended dose(s) of INCB059872 in combination with azacitadine and all-trans retinoic acid in AML and in combination with nivolumab in SCLC. Part 4 will further determine the safety, tolerability, efficacy, PK, and PD of the selected combination dose(s) in Part 3.

This phase II trial studies how well ruxolitinib phosphate works in treating older patients with acute myeloid leukemia in first complete remission after donor stem cell transplant. Ruxolitinib phosphate may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
