M7824 Versus Pembrolizumab as a First-line (1L) Treatment in Participants With Programmed Death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) Expressing Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)
The study will evaluate M7824 monotherapy versus pembrolizumab as 1L treatment for participants with advanced NSCLC with high PD-L1-tumor expression.
Ulixertinib in Treating Patients with Advanced Solid Tumors, Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, or Histiocytic Disorders with MAPK Pathway Mutations (A Pediatric MATCH Treatment Trial)
This phase II Pediatric MATCH trial studies how well ulixertinib works in treating patients with solid tumors that have spread to other places in the body (advanced), non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or histiocytic disorders that have a genetic alteration (mutation) in a signaling pathway called MAPK. A signaling pathway consists of a group of molecules in a cell that control one or more cell functions. Genes in the MAPK pathway are frequently mutated in many types of cancers. Ulixertinib may stop the growth of cancer cells that have mutations in the MAPK pathway.
Nab-Paclitaxel and Gemcitabine Hydrochloride in Treating Teenagers or Young Adults with Recurrent or Refractory Osteosarcoma, Ewing Sarcoma, Rhabdomyosarcoma, or Soft Tissue Sarcoma
This phase II trial studies how well nab-paclitaxel and gemcitabine hydrochloride work in treating teenagers or young adults with osteosarcoma, Ewing sarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, or soft tissue sarcoma that has come back or does not respond to treatment. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as nab-paclitaxel and gemcitabine hydrochloride, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.
Safety and Efficacy of RRx-001 in the Attenuation of Oral Mucositis in Patients Receiving Chemoradiation for the Treatment of Oral Cancers
The purpose of this study is to determine if RRx-001, which is added on to the cisplatin and radiation treatment, reduces the duration or length of severe oral mucositis in patients with head and neck cancers. All patients in this study will receive 7 weeks of standard of care radiation therapy given with the chemotherapy agent, cisplatin. Patients in arms 1, 2 and 3 will also receive RRx-001 on different schedules.
Efficacy and Safety of Axicabtagene Ciloleucel as First-Line Therapy in Participants With High-Risk Large B-Cell Lymphoma
The primary objective of this study is to estimate the efficacy of axicabtagene ciloleucel in participants with high-risk large B-cell lymphoma.
This phase II trial studies how well adavosertib works in treating patients with SETD2-deficient solid tumors that have spread to other places in the body. Adavosertib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
Targeted Therapy Directed by Genetic Testing in Treating Patients with Advanced Refractory Solid Tumors, Lymphomas, or Multiple Myeloma (The MATCH Screening Trial)
This phase II MATCH trial studies how well treatment that is directed by genetic testing works in patients with solid tumors or lymphomas that have progressed following at least one line of standard treatment or for which no agreed upon treatment approach exists. Genetic tests look at the unique genetic material (genes) of patients' tumor cells. Patients with genetic abnormalities (such as mutations, amplifications, or translocations) may benefit more from treatment which targets their tumor's particular genetic abnormality. Identifying these genetic abnormalities first may help doctors plan better treatment for patients with solid tumors, lymphomas, or multiple myeloma.
A Study of Nivolumab Plus Brentuximab Vedotin in Patients Between 5 and 30 Years Old, With Hodgkin's Lymphoma (cHL), Relapsed or Refractory From First Line Treatment
The purpose of this study is to determine whether nivolumab plus brentuximab vedotin (followed by brentuximab vedotin plus bendamustine in patient with suboptimal response) is safe and effective in treating patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma (cHL). Eligible patients are children, adolescents, and young adults relapsed or refractory to first line.

Olaparib with or without Atezolizumab in Treating Patients with Locally Advanced Unresectable or Metastatic Non-HER2-Positive Breast Cancer
This randomized phase II trial studies how well olaparib with or without atezolizumab work in treating patients with non-HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread from its original site of growth to nearby tissues or lymph nodes and is not amenable to surgical resection (locally advanced unresectable) or has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Olaparib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body’s immune system attack the tumor, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. It is not known whether giving olaparib with or without atezolizumab will work better in patients with non-HER2-positive breast cancer.
